A book cover designed during my time at Manal Aldowayan Studios, published by HerStory House (New Stories Press). The book tells the life story of Aisha al-Mana, a Saudi feminist pioneer. For the cover, I used imagery from Manal's "Landscapes of the Mind" series, which was photographed in Al Khubar, the shared hometown of myself, Aisha, and Manal. I was born in her family’s hospital, which was the first in the Eastern Province of Saudi, so designing this cover felt especially meaningful in celebrating the legacy of someone with such a lasting impact on my community.
